The heart of my approach to any design job is the Client's personality and live style. I pride myself on an ability to communicate effectively with clients. I do not dictate taste, but cater to my clients' varied preferences; The requirements and needs of the users are actively sought and carefully considered during the design stage so that the final design accurately reflects the Client's input and goals.

WORKING WITHIN CLIENTS’ TIME SCHEDULES AND BUDGETS

I want to make Professional Design Services affordable for everyone. I keep my fees below average and have very flexible cost table. Also, I will be happy to help you through Bidding process in order to select the best contractor for the job. I will educate my Client about Construction process and Time Schedule for a seamless performance of all parties at all stages.

BEING FLEXIBLE

I'm glad to help you with very small renovation as well as with a large multi-phase project. I can divide the Design process into a few stages to accommodate Client's Budget and Time Schedule. If you are not certain about Architect's involvement in your project, ask me - I'm here to help.

Beyond the architect-client relationship, it’s my goal to coordinate as effectively as possible with subcontractors, suppliers, craftspeople or consultants. 

I do not detest, nor I propound any one single style over another - country, neo-Victorian, post-modern, European and even contemporary co-exist side by side amongst my custom and builder clientele (see my portfolio). I am not a peddler of the fashionable. I believe that good design defies fashion, is truly innovative, eminently sensible, yet a source of inspiration to those who have the pleasure of living with it.

I am a listening architect who believes that architecture born of consultation and participation will be the most responsible to the community and in turn the most meaningful.
